Terms & Conditions of Booking:
No pets or animals are permitted in the property or on the grounds at any time. No Smoking inside the property or within the grounds at any time. A maximum of 6 people are permitted to stay in the property. We reserve the right to immediately cancel your stay with no refund if any of these rules are broken and charge any appropriate additional costs.
Refunds Policy:
1) If you cancel within 48 hours of original booking = 100% refund, less £50 admin fee.
2) If you cancel after 48 hours of original booking and at least 30 days before arrival date of booking = 50% refund.
3) If you cancel within 30 days of arrival date of booking = £100 refund.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover you in the event that you need to cancel as we will not deviate from the above refund policy. We will only at our discretion offer to move your booking to an alternative week in the same year., we will not be able to move your booking to a future year.
